The Howgate is a welcoming environment for all the family to enjoy. We think we have everything on hand to make your stay with us as pleasurable as possible.
You can enjoy the variety of shops on site as well as cafes and restaurants for food and refreshments.
The Howgate is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm and from 11am to 5pm on Sunday. You can also do a little late night shopping at The Howgate on Thursday evenings as we are open until 8pm. We even have free parking on Thursday from 5.30pm to 8pm.
Car parking tariffs
Up to 3 hours - £1.50 :: All day parking - £4.00
Thursday – free after 5.30pm :: Sunday – Park all day for £1.00

Help Desk
If you require any advice please visit our Help Desk, located on Level 5 by Argos. Our staff are on hand to guide you, provide you with information on upcoming events and retailer promotions, or help you with anything you need during your visit.
Pop along here if you want to sign up for our loyalty card or to purchase a Howgate Gift Card.
Freshen up in comfort
We have a high standard of facilities which are always clean and cared for. These can all be found on Level 4 behind the Help Desk and in the Atrium under Sorriso Cafe.
Accessible Facilities
Accessible toilets are available on Level 4 & 5. There are lifts to all levels and for peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilets. The Help Desk staff can provide you with free wheelchair hire and will phone you a taxi if required.
Parent & Child Facilities
Our Parent & Child rooms are situated next to the main toilets.
A bottle warmer is also available from the Help Desk.
Kiddie Cars
Let's face it, shopping is not quite so much fun for little ones!
Unless of course, they’re at the wheel of a Kiddie Car - the perfect way to stop them driving you mad and keep them entertained. Kiddie cars can be hired from the Help Desk on level 5, costing from £1 for 30 minutes.
